1. The catalogue/rate card for Salon Services or product and the Company’s fee for rendering the Services, as applicable, is subject to change without notice. The price or fees is provided on the Zyba Platform on 'as is' basis. Due to technical or other reasons, including typographical errors, there may be errors in the price or fees which may be corrected by the Company. We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any Services or Salon Services or products listed at the incorrect price or fee, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your bank or credit card has been charged. If your bank or credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will within 7 working days  issue a credit order to your bank or credit card account in the amount of the charge. 

  2. The User has an option to cancel a Service before the service booking time. In case the User has paid online, a full refund will be issued to the User within 7 working days from the date of cancellation. In case the user cancels the service after the service booking time, a partial refund of 50% will be issued.

  3. If the User does not show up for the booking and does not cancel the booking, a partial refund of 50% will be issued to the user within 7 working days from the date of intimation. The User must intimate the Salon of such a case for the refund to be initiated.

  4. If a User fails to notify the Salon after not showing up for a booking and also does not cancel the booking within 1 day of the booking time, it will be deemed that the boking has been completed and no refund for the same will be initiated.
